Frequently asked questions

Do you give offers online? +
We do not provide final offers online. Submissions are reviewed to determine if the items are a good fit for purchase. All pricing is determined after in-person inspection and verification of condition and contents.
Where do meetings take place? +
All inspections and transactions take place at well-lit public commercial locations during business hours. We commonly meet at coffee shops, bank lobbies, public libraries, or police-designated safe exchange zones. We do not meet in parks or private residential settings.
What do you buy? +
We purchase video games, retro consoles, Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, Sega, handheld systems, Pokémon cards (vintage and modern), sealed product, graded slabs (PSA, CGC, BGS), and full collections. Entire estates and storage finds are welcome.
What if I have a large collection? +
For larger collections, we typically begin with a public preview of highlights. If everything checks out, we arrange a full inspection at a secure commercial location. This ensures a smooth and safe process for both parties.
Are offers guaranteed? +
No. All pricing is contingent upon inspection. Condition, completeness, authenticity, and regional compatibility (North American NTSC) are verified in person before final pricing is confirmed.
Is there any obligation to sell? +
No. You are under no obligation to accept any offer. If you choose not to proceed after inspection, there is no pressure and no fees.
When is payment made? +
Payment is made immediately upon agreement at the time of inspection. Once payment is made and the transaction is completed, all sales are final.
